* As a Solutions Architect for Optimizely and a critical member of the professional services team, your primary mission will be to design, develop, and validate the comprehensive implementation of our platform for our customers
* Guide our client’s technical teams to implement technical best practices and enable them to execute their optimization and personalization roadmap
* Work with the Optimizely Services team to ideate, design, and implement campaigns that drive value for our clients
* Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level code that will enable targeting, event tracking, 3rd party integrations, and custom business logic for our clients
* Scale your knowledge across Optimizely by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
* Work closely with and be the voice of our customers to ensure that feedback is communicated back to the product team
* Document custom solutions on our knowledge base, blog, and community, that enable our customers to have access to the best solution for their situatio

* Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration work
* Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and discovery skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or relevant work experience)
* Ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences
* Advanced knowledge of the following: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
