Consultant – Port planning and engineering (Civil engineer and/or operation)
3.咨询师 - 港口规划工程（水工和/或码头操作）

This individual will support on Drewry’s port/marine related projects. Civil/operation engineer specializing in design/operation of marine structures, piers, and wharves.  Typical projects will include structural planning(high-level) and cost estimate of greenfield and brownfield terminals, inclusive of civil engineering design, yard engineering design, equipment and facilities plan, channels and waterways together with vessel type design, vessel scheduling and berthinganalyses, dredging/dredged assessment, etc.

支持德路里港口/海事相关项目。专业从事水工和/或码头操作的工程师。典型工作项目包括新建和已建码头的大致结构规划和成本概算，如水工规划设计、堆场设计、设备设施配置、航道及船型设计、船舶调度及靠泊作业分析、港地疏浚评估等。

Key Responsibilities:       

                
·Perform engineering high- level analysis and design of port infrastructure, superstructure, port equipment and IT system； Develop high-level plans and specifications；
·Develop high-level cost estimates of port infrastructure, superstructure, port equipment and IT system；
·Provide senior level review of technical plan；
·Review and assess port and maritime facilities； Review and assess port equipment and productivity.
·Prepare proposals including project approaches, descriptions, work scopes, and pricing.
 

主要职责：       
   
·对港口基础设施、地面建筑、港口设备和IT系统进行大致工程规划和设计；制定提供宏观规划和重要港口参数；
·对港口基础设施、地面建筑、港口设备和IT系统成本进行概算；
·对工程计划进行概括性审查；
·审查和评估港口及海事设施； 审查和评估港口设备及其生产力/操作效率。
·准备项目提案，内容包括项目思路和方法、说明、工作范围和定价。

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Ocean, Civil, Structural Engineering, Equipment, Operation or related field
·Civil Engineering and/or operation experience. Knowledgeable in survey and civil site construction, and/or operation. Marine experience preferred.
·Engineer license preferred.
·Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
·Working experience within multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
·Flexibility for travel to project sites as required.
·Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·Candidates must have at least 2 years working experience.
·Mandarin fluent, English business level for both written and oral English, and Knowledge of other languages at business level will be a plus

相关经验及要求：

·海洋、水工、结构工程、设备、操作或相关领域学士学位；
·土木工程和/或码头操作经验，了解土木现场施工和/或码头操作。 海事经验优先；
·工程师执照优先；
·具有技术和分析技能；
·跨领域项目和团队工作经验；
·根据需要可随时进行项目实地考察；
·工作主动，灵活变通，能够在快节奏的环境中处理多个任务；
·至少2年工作经验；
·普通话流利，英语口语与书写流利，其他语言达到工作水平可以加分
