Consultant – Logistics 咨询师——物流
Key Responsibilities:
·Analyse door to door logistics operations, times and costs, analyse end to end supply chains and design solutions. Scope would include maritime transport, intermodal/overland transport, warehousing, distribution and container consolidation etc.
·Participate in logistics cost optimisation studies, logistics cost benchmarking studies and supply chain cost scenarios for clients.
·Participate in consultancy projects, interacting with client, and working with the global consultancy team.
·Build relationships with existing customers whilst also explore opportunities to increase supply chain advisory.
主要职责：
·分析门到门物流操作、时间与成本，分析门到门供应链并设计解决方案，领域包括海运、多式联运/陆上运输、仓储、分拨、集拼。
·参与物流成本优化研究，物流成本对标研究和供应链成本情景分析。
·参与咨询项目，外部与客户互动，内部与其他办公室的咨询团队合作 。
·维护现有客户关系，同时也开发市场，增加供应链团队业务。
Requirement:
·Has worked in operations or in planning international logistics/supply chains and routes； have a good understanding of and contacts in logistics and intermodal door-to-door transport
·Experience of network modelling or intermodal transport development would be advantages
·Ideally from a shipping line affiliated logistics company or from the consulting arm of a forwarding company
·Overseas experience preferred
·Bachelor degree or above
·Have a degree in logistics/supply chain related subjects
·Numerical, analytical, independent research
·Use of Excel, PowerPoint
·Problem solving and self starter with drive to succeed
·Confident and persuasive
·Capacity to work well on your own as well as part of a team
·Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong inter personal skill required.
·Mandarin fluent, English business level for both written and oral English, and Knowledge of other languages at business level will be a plus
相关经验及要求：
·在国际供应链/物流领域有操作经验或设计规划经验；需要物流、对多式联运门到门运输有深入了解
·有运输网络建模或多式联运运输开发方面经验者优先
·有在船公司下属物流部门或货代公司咨询部门工作经验者优先
·海外经验优先
·本科以上学历
·供应链/物流或相关领域学位或学历
·数学统计分析能力，独立研究能力
·熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint
·善于解决问题，具有主动性
·自信，有说服力
·可以与团队一起工作，也可以独立工作
·优秀的沟通和聆听技巧。较强的人际关系技能
·普通话流利，英语口语与书写流利，其他语言达到工作水平可以加分
