Solibro Hi-Tech GmbH, located in Solar Valley, is a pioneer in the field of CIGS thin film technology with about 85 employees. We are focusing our expertise on the improvement of our solar modules, production plants and processes. In addition we are offering our international customers the construction of turnkey facilities equipped with our high standard technology.
Be part of our Product Development team at our location in Bitterfeld-Wolfen and help us expand our competences in Europe, China and the US.
Technical Assistant (m/f) Product Development

YOUR TASKS
- Working on technical and organizational inquiries from clients or our Chinese mother company Hanergy
- Translation of technical documents, e-mails or other communication into German or Chinese language
- Taking minutes of meetings and translating the minutes into Chinese language as needed
- Organization of trainings for Chinese engineers
- Training of Chinese engineers in topics of product development
- Counseling the department in regards to inter cultural topics between China and Germany
- Support and participation in projects with relation to the Chinese market
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical study
- First work experience in a similar position
- Basic knowledge about solar modules as well as semiconductors and photovoltaic advantageous
- Inter cultural competences especially for the exchange between Germany and China
- Business fluent Chinese language skills, fluent German language skills written and spoken, very good English language skills advantageous
- Quick comprehension, ability to work in teams, high reliability, communicational skills, well-structured and working methods
