The Role
职务
We are currently recruiting a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join us in Manchester office.
母语为中文，并且可以在我们曼城分部工作。
You will have the following duties and responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients & customers
联系客户
* Dealing with telephone calls and emails
通过接听电话，回复邮件等方式帮助解决客户问题。
* Updating files
上传文件
* Producing necessary documents
文书总结
* Handling customer complains & enquires
处理客户疑问和投诉
* Data entry
* Maintaining the database
数据管理
* Working closely with the marketing and sales teams
与市场和销售部门合作
* Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
保证客服质量
* Introducing & Demonstrating new services/products to end users
像我们的顾客定时推送新产品
* Build relationships with customers demonstrating service excellence by meeting each customers’ needs
了解和满足顾客需求，尽力建立我们与顾客间的良好关系，树立公司形象。
Experience
经验
* Strong administration experience with a customer focused attitude
管理及顾客服务经验
* Good communication and prioritising skills
拥有良好的交流能力
* Be hardworking, energetic, motivated and a team player
工作态度积极向上，并且能快速融入我们的团队
* Good Excel knowledge
Excel表格制作
* Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
