Your tasks:

As a gastronomy expert, you implement and represent the franchise concept in our breweries in China.

Through regular visits to our franchise partners in China, you optimize the processes on site and are also responsible for monitoring concept standards, quality and brand presentation.

In addition, you will be involved in improving all business-related processes of the breweries and, for example, introduce marketing and POS materials.

In addition, you will be the contact person for training and instruction based on the results of mystery shopping and customer experiences.

As part of your work as an area manager, you will also be in contact with our quality managers for beer as well as with the F&B department. 

Your profile:

You have completed your apprenticeship, preferably in the field of gastronomy, and have several years of professional experience in the restaurant and gastronomy sector.

Furthermore, you have already had some experience in the management of personnel and have a very high level of cultural competence due to longer stays in Germany and China.

Thanks to your excellent knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Chinese, your confident appearance and assertiveness, you will always be able to maintain an overview and represent the company's interests abroad and in foreign cultures.

They think and act across divisions, are extremely reliable and like to travel on business trips.

If you also have very good MS Office knowledge, are familiar with the modern means of communication and social media channels and are willing to relocate to China, then we are looking for you!
