职位概述

1. 主要负责公司网站和其它平台的整体布局、网页设计、改版更新以及其他线上产品宣传的设计和制作;

2. 负责与开发人员配合完成所辖网站等前台页面设计和编辑;

3. 负责公司其他产品的界面进行设计、美编、美化等工作。

4. 善于创意,有出色的设计能力,对美具有敏锐的洞察力;

5. 配合企划活动,对广告、宣传品、微博微信等进行设计制作;

6. 完成品牌其它宣传资料,公司印刷品、宣传资料的设计和制作;

7. 参与各产品团队设计讨论,和开发团队共同创建用户界面,跟踪产品效果,提出设计改善方案;  

 

技能要求

1. 本科及以上学历,视觉艺术、设计专业等设计相关专业优先;

职位概述

IT - Internship

Kylin Prime Group is an international investment and asset placement company charged with aiding and promoting cross-cultural Sino-European exchanges in areas including high-quality investment opportunities and advice, global residency solutions, education services and media channels. Kylin Prime Group was formed to help pave the future for transnationally minded investors seeking to secure their families future in an ever-globalizing world. Kylin Prime Group utilizes a group structure, with each individual entity specializing in a specific field. The group includes Huawen Foundation, Ousheng Capital, Kylin Fund, Chinese weekly, Huawen institute, and Ouhui. Through this structure, with each subsidiary specializing in a chosen area, we can provide investors with all relevant advice, counsel, and services they require to successfully integrate into the European investment market.

The successful applicant will be based in our central Dublin office and will report to the IT Manager, assisting with all IT tasks as they arise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Maintenance of Website, (LAMP).

2.       Maintenance of Operating System, (Windows, Mac OS).

3.       Internal IT Support.

4.       Adhoc duties as they arise.

5.       Check server & network monitoring systems and action alerts.

6.       Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues.

7.       Fault finding on laptops and desktops.

 

Key Requirements:

1.      Versed in various languages - Frontend (HTML, CSS, JAVA Script) Backend (PHP).

2.      Excellent knowledge of Web Technologies, particularly Web Framework: Codeginter, ThinkPHP or Laravel.

3.      Technical aptitude: you have strong troubleshooting skills and are able to easily identify problem.

4.      Basic knowledge of Network fundamentals.

Good problem solving,      analytical and oral/written communication skills. Requires the ability to      work in a fast-paced environment and use judgment to prioritize tasks.

Accounts Assistant Internship- Kylin Prime Group

The successful applicant will be based in our central Dublin office and will report to the Finance Manager, assisting with all finance and administrative tasks as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

·         General book-keeping skills: raising payments, invoicing and billing

·         Ensuring all invoices are approved, coded and recorded correctly and on a timely basis.

·         Processing of staff expense claims.

·         Accounts receivable and liaising with all departments

·         Review and resolve outstanding queries.

·         General office administration such as filing, scanning and photocopying.

·         Providing secretarial and administrative support to the team including typing letters and reports.

·         Dealing promptly with in-going and out-going post, email and phone calls.

·         Liaising with banks, legal firm, fund managers and other associates.

·         Running occasional messages outside the office.

·         Ad-hoc tasks for the General Manager and MD as they arise.

 

Key Requirements:

·         Educated to Degree level in finance/ economics/ accounting or business related discipline and experience in a comparable role or equivalent office experience.

·         Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

·         High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Advanced knowledge of Excel.

·         Able to demonstrate very strong attention to detail.

·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

·         The ability to work well as part of a small team.

·         Detail-oriented with strong time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills.

·         A flexible, problem-solving attitude.

·         Ability to take initiative to put new systems in place to improve work efficiency throughout the organisation.

·         Design and adapt internal policies for finance related functions.

·         Assisting to conduct financial analysis.
