Position: Research Engineer

Main responsibilities:

Carry out technical studies & development on cutting-edge technologies and solutions for IoT & applications

Review and analyze technical papers, monitor the trend and prepare technical reports and specifications

Identify opportunities, and bring innovations in solutions

Prepare technical proposals & specification

Demonstrate the  feasibility of new ideas through proof-of-concept software development and system integration

Carry out technical presentations and demonstrations to internal & external customers

May be involved with various parties and may also work independently during the process

Some flexibility in assignments are required

Position requirements:

M.S. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with 2-5 years of work experience

Hand-on experience in AI/Machine Learning fundamentals /big data

Proven track record of developing robust requirements specifications

Have the ability to adopt new concepts, languages, and techniques quickly

Programming and implementation skills using JAVA/Python/C/C++

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Flexible and dynamic

Strong presentation and communications skills

Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of French is a plus.
